Scope of Services. Through this Site, Above Average Solutions LLC markets and arranges Lawn Care, Lawn Maintenance, Lawn Mowing, Weed Control, Leaf Removal, Lawn Fertilization, Shrub Trimming, Lawn Aeration. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Above Average Solutions LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Above Average Solutions LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Above Average Solutions LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Above Average Solutions LLC's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Above Average Solutions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. KY law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in KY.
